If you are a fan of sausage and cheese, then this dip is for you. I do not know where I got this recipe, only that I have been making this for at least 10 years. It is super simple and so delicious.
The Ultimate Sausage Dip
2 packages sausage (one hot and one regular)
1 package cream cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain and return to the skillet. Add cream cheese and rotel tomatoes.
Cook all together until mixed well.
Pour mixture into 8x8 baking pan.
Add cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
