Tailgating Tuesdays--Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

So every good football party needs some cookies, right???  And specifically these cookies (in my opinion, anyway).  These are my all-time favorite cookies. Soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside, full of semi-sweet chocolate chips and delicious peanut butter.  My mouth is watering just writing about them.

I don't know about you, but I love the whole chocolate-peanut butter combo--like in Reese's cups and chocolate peanut clusters.  It's just a match made in heaven.  These have an extra special ingredient too--cinnamon.

Yield: makes about 3 dozen cookies

  6. Using a 2-inch scoop, drop the dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
