The Fall Forecast

Every September I start dreaming of the cooler fall weather.  Sweaters, jackets, booties... all of my favorites.  I open my weather app every day hoping for a drop in temperature. Lately,  I've been stalking all of my favorite fashion influencers and here are a few of my absolute favorite things that I'm obsessing/wanting/lusting about for fall.  I've already bought a few and I'm planning on purchasing the rest.  I must say though, that I'm not a big shopper (my husband and budget limitations prevent this), but I do try to buy a few key pieces every season to update my wardrobe.  Luckily, living in Louisiana we don't have much of a winter so these pieces will work well into all the way into spring.

NYDJ Ami High Waist Stretch Skinny Jeans in dark rinse.  These jeans are so great. They suck you in all the right places and look great with booties.

Johnny Was Peadover Long Button-Front Silk Cardigan is so beautiful.  I love, love Johnny Was and this cardigan/kimono is beyond fabulous.  It will be gorgeous worn with distressed boyfriend jeans or leather leggings for a perfect date night look.

Moth Camo Cardigan looks super cute, and Camo is definitely all the rage right now.  I love this cardigan and definitely think that it will be great for lounging or out running errands with some cute jeans.

Natalie Martin Danica Wrapped Maxi Dress is absolutely going to be in my closet this fall.  I have fallen hard for long-sleeved maxis with boots and maybe a cute belt.  It's going to be beautiful.

Tory Burch Suede Farah Tote Bag is on my must-have list.  The cognac suede will pair with everything I plan on wearing this, brown, navy.  The shape is also beautiful.  Definitely an obsession item.

Rebecca Minkoff Small Love Leather Crossbody Bag in black with black hardware has been on my list for a while now.  I think that I would use this bag all of the time and I definitely need this season.  Her bags are so beautiful and the price point is great.

Devon Legging Fit Vegan Leather Ankle Pant is one of those items that really needs no explanation.  I love that these are ankle length and will look great with heels or booties.

J. Crew Fontana Belted Wrap-Effect Linen Jumpsuit is another one of those lust items that I really, really want.  I love that its long sleeve, olive green, and wrap style.  All of my favorites. I would definitely pair this with some fabulous heels and statement jewelry.

Ann Taylor Knit Twill Moto Jacket-ugh, another lust item.  I am so loving moto jackets right now, and this one in almond is giving me all the feels.  I can't wait to wear this jacket with a super cute top and dark jeans.

Free People Softly Structured Knit Tunic in black or terracotta, or both.  I really love Free People and all of their comfy clothes.  I think that this tunic would be perfect for lounging or a casual Saturday.

Free People Ankle-Tie Bootie are just the cutest booties.  I love the black and yellow colors.  I really like the ankle tie feature. So cute.

Free People Peony Kimono I recently just bought this kimono and it is absolutely perfect for fall.  The colors are rust, olive, lavender, and black. You're going to see this a lot in my photos.

Sam Edelman Walden Calf-Hair Booties are going in my cart this weekend.  I am such a leopard pattern loving person and I'm loving these booties so much.

Trove Leather Moto Jacket is also another one my recent purchases in the taupe color. I received this jacket in my recent Nordstrom Trunk Club and I CANNOT wait to wear it.

Halogen Drape Jacket was another item I recently received in my Trunk Club and is going to be perfect for cooler temps.  I love the flow of the jacket and it will look great casual or dressy.

So what are your favorite fall find?  I would love to know what's on your Fall Wish List (I'm always on the lookout for something fabulous).
